The Client

AROSE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for Black and Brown youth from trauma-impacted communities. Founded in honor of the late Alicia R. Pruitt, the foundation provides post-secondary scholarships, mentorship, and leadership development to help students rise above their circumstances and become the next generation of leaders.

The Challenge

As AROSE expanded its reach and scholarship awards, its digital presence needed to reflect its growing prestige. The foundation required a website that could handle complex scholarship applications, a marketing strategy to drive high-ticket gala sales, and a visual identity that felt both professional for corporate sponsors and relatable for the students they serve.

We completely overhauled the AROSE digital hub. Moving beyond a simple landing page, we implemented a robust Information Architecture that organized their multi-faceted programs—like Money Talks and The A.R.E. Program—into intuitive user journeys.

  • SEO & Storytelling: Crafted professional copy that highlights the foundation's impact, successfully driving organic traffic from donors and prospective scholars alike.

2. Annual Gala Marketing (#ScholarshipSoiree)

The AROSE Scholarship Soiree is the foundation’s signature fundraiser. CreatorsHD developed a comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign to drive attendance and sponsorship.

  • Campaign Strategy: We executed a "Road to the Soiree" digital campaign, utilizing email marketing sequences and social media countdowns to build momentum.

  • Conversion Optimization: Designed high-converting landing pages specifically for gala ticket tiers and corporate sponsorship packages, resulting in a streamlined checkout process for high-net-worth donors.

3. Graphic Design & Visual Identity

To ensure the Soiree felt like a premier, "must-attend" event, we produced a cohesive suite of visual assets:

  • Event Branding: Developed the official visual identity for the gala, including digital invitations, social media kits, and physical event signage.

  • Impact Graphics: Created data-driven infographics that translated scholarship metrics into digestible, shareable visuals for annual reports and donor presentations.

The Result

Since partnering with CreatorsHD, AROSE has seen a significant increase in digital engagement and fundraising efficiency. The foundation has now awarded over $234,000 in scholarships and served more than 2,600 youth, supported by a digital infrastructure that scales alongside their mission.
